Release of Information Authorization

The purpose of the Family Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) is to afford certain rights to students concerning their records. The primary rights afforded are the right to inspect and review the student records, the right to seek to have records amended, and the right to have some control over the disclosure of information from the records. Post secondary institutions may not disclose student information (other than directory information) unless a Release of Information Authorization has been completed and signed by the student.

If you DO NOT want Ranken Technical College to discuss your educational records, financial aid, and/or business office account information with any other party, please read and mark the box below. YOU MUST COMPLETE THE INFORMATION BELOW INCLUDING SIGNATURE AND DATE.
